Notes

The seal ring would be a negative relief which would make a positive relief when impressed on clay. We can tell that the figures in this ring are female, and potentially even divine based on their clothing. Their dress also indicates that they come from a Minoan civilization. The seal would have a loop on the underside, perpindicular to the relief so that it could be worn as a ring. At this time seals were used like we use signatures today, as a form of identification and approval.
