This is an image of a terracotta simplified female figure from the hips up. Her arms are raised. She wears a crown of some sort on her head. Her breasts and hips are exaggerated and she has a very small waist.

These sorts of figures are common throughout the late Minoan period around Knossos. They are called raised arm figures and are religious votive figures. They are most commonly interpreted as goddesses. They could be an iconographic continuation of Minoan divine tradition of depictions like the Snake Goddess.
