Notes

This was thought to be the Palace of King Minos and the basis of the myth of the Minotaur. There are so many turning passage ways throught the palace; it could be the basis for the idea that King Minos had a labrynth. This site was originally excavated by Sir Aurthur Evans starting in 1900.
